Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lowrie Property Developments for their reliability, honesty and quality work on our recent loft conversion.

They have blended a friendly approach with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality throughout the entire project. They took the time to understand our vision and needs, offering valuable insights and suggestions that greatly enhanced the final result.

LPD kept the project on track and on budget. Communication was clear and consistent, and any potential issues were addressed promptly and effectively. The site was always maintained with minimum disruption to ours and our neighbours daily lives.

The finished loft conversion has exceeded our expectations. We have received numerous compliments from friends and neighbours, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

In summary, I would highly recommend Lowrie Property Developments to anyone seeking a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy builder. We would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I could not recommend this Company any more highly. Polite, hard working friendly reliable and trustworthy .. all that you could ask for in a supplier of building services. James and Ray are both gentlemen and take great pride and make a real effort to not let customers down, and their regular employees reflect their values and are a pleasure to have around while they are doing their work. Great work and thanks for being who you claimed to be when we first discussed our plans with you, that never changed throughout the work!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely thrilled with my loft conversion. I would definitely recommend Lowrie Property Developments for any building work. Ray, James and the team were extremely efficient and business like at every stage of my project. They were respectful and helpful at all times. They listened carefully to what I wanted and also offered good ideas to improve my design. I was always informed of the different stages and told what to expect. They always turned up when they said they would or explained if there was a delay. There were a few small problems but Ray came back very quickly to sort them out. I have had bad experiences with other builders in the past, so it was wonderful to find such an excellent firm. Five stars.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ray and James have been fantastic for us. There was nothing too much for them. They have come in when we had issues with previous builders and sorted it out for us. They have taken the project on themselves, kept us informed, have been very fair and discussed all the details.
They made sure that we are happy with the work and have been fantastic with their communication. They have delivered on every level and have made sure that we were able to relax and enjoy family time while they took care of the loft conversion project.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and they are excellent, approable and will get the work done.
